Google Rolled out Messaging to Google My Business

If you have a verified google local listing and you have turned on the messaging feature from you GMB listing Dashboard. Your customers can contact you with a tap of a button using text messaging.

Business owners need to have Google Allo App in order to chat with customers which is available on App Store and Google Play.

FYI: For GMB Listing owner,  You should advise your customers if they don’t have a  texting plan they might be charged extra, as google messaging number provided by Google is an Ottowa number in Canada.
